The Manhattanville Child Health Clinic at 21 Old Broadway has been closed for much-need renovations since 1999, and now that it is nearing completion, NYC Health Commissioner Thomas Freiden recently indicated that the facility might permanently be closed as a child health clinic and used for other purposes.
