Department of Environmental Protection Announces Hydrant Flushing Program in Areas of Southeast Queens

The New York City Department of Environmental Protection will begin a water distribution maintenance program that will take place for a period of several weeks from Monday, August 8 to Saturday, August 20 in southeast Queens. As part of DEP�s regularly scheduled maintenance program, hydrants within the boundaries of Springfield Boulevard on the west, Laurelton Parkway on the east, North Conduit Avenue on the south and 120th Avenue on the north will be included in the flushing program.
