Due to the large number of complaints and allegations made by local residents of the Upper Manhattan Comunity Boards a Joint Hearing will take place on Monday 15th May, 2006, at 6:30 PM at the Civic Center in the RiverBank State Park 145th Street off Riverside Drive.
Attached are the flyers in English and Spanish announcing the event, please circulate widely to the rest of the community.
The objective is to compile facutal information and documentation of the complaints and ongoing actions affecting the tenants of buildings owned by the Pinnacle Group.
Simultaneous translation in Spanish will be provided.

Debido al gran n�mero de quejas y alegaciones hechas por residentes de la Juntas Comunitarias del Alto Manhattan una Audiencia Publica Conjunta tendra lugar el lunes, 15 de mayo del 2006 a las 6:30 pm en el Centro C�vico del Parque RiverBank State, ubicado en la calle 145 cerca de Riverside Drive.
Adjunto encontrara los volantes en ingles y espa�ol anunciando el evento, favor de circularizarlo ampliamente al resto de la comunidad.
El objetivo es la compilaci�n de datos fehacientes y documetaci�n de las quejas y querellas afectando el inquilinato de los edificios propiedad del Grupo Pinnacle.
Se traducira a espa�ol simultaneamente.
