Owners' Night: An evening dedicated to helping New York City's property owners in Brooklyn

The City of New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development in cooperation with Council Member Simcha Felder, Assemblyman William Colton, and The United Chinese Association of Brooklyn cordially invites you to Owners' Night, an evening dedicated to helping New York City's property owners learn about the availability of low-interest loans, free educational courses and free owner counseling.

Date: Thursday, May 31, 2005Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Place: The Marlboro School PS 177, 346 Avenue P, Brooklyn 11204
Subway: Take the F train to the Avenue P station - the school is between West First Street and Dahill Road

Residential building owners may also contact HPD's Owner Services Program (OSP) for financial and management advice, as well as referrals for loans and other resources. OSP analysts work closely with owners to improve both the physical and financial health of their buildings, helping to reduce the risk of abandonment. Depending on the owner's individual needs and wishes, analysts are available for short-term counseling or more extensive, ongoing assistance.
