HARLEM TEEN FILM FESTIVAL (Tomorrow) Young New York filmmakers who are hoping to become the next Martin Scorsese, Woody Allen or Spike Lee will show their short films in a series of Saturday screenings through July 28.
Tomorrow’s program of films, each about six minutes long, have characters ranging from a pizza delivery boy to undercover police detectives to a young man just out of prison.
