I used my CB9M Blog to document my years as Chairman and the events that deeply affected us. I am frezzing this blog at midnight December 31st 2007 coincidental with the expiration of my term as Chairman. It was an exiting period, spiritually & morally rewarding. I thank the many friends that I have made during my tenure and look forward to our collaborations in the future. PBS to show Chisholm '72 on Monday Feb.7
This wonderful thought prokoking documentary on Congresswoman Chisholm's bid for the presidency in 1972 was screened tonight at City College. I hope young people can be induced to watch it as there is illuminating footage from the Democratic convention of 1972 that is a far cry from today's syle of candidate selection. It will be shown on Monday, Feb. 7th at 10 pm on PBS.
